Founder Story

Hi! I’m Simran Agarwal, who started “Sim Fit India.” My story began at a market in Kolkata when someone thought I was much older than I really was. That made me really sad and kept me awake all night. I looked in the mirror and decided I needed to make a change.


I have transformed from 91Kgs to 60Kgs.

 

I tried going to the gym but felt shy and out of place. So, I started running and changed what I ate. It worked!

I got healthier and wanted to share what I learned with others who felt the same way I did.

I’ve been doing this for 13 years now, helping lots of people eat better with simple, yummy food and get fit without scary diets.

I believe everyone, especially women like me, can do big things – like starting their own business and staying strong and healthy.

That’s our story. We want to help you feel great and have fun getting fit!

Our Fitness Workshop at Harley Davidson,Bhuvaneshwar for bikers to get rid of back pain, have better health , awareness of eating good habits.

A workshop was held in SD Birla Girls' School to teach students about how to stay healthy and fit. The workshop covered topics like nutrition, exercise, intelligence and overall fitness. The students were taught how to take care of their bodies through healthy eating habits and regular exercise.
